Hands of the Community, Inc. (HOC), a tax-exempt community based organization (CBO) located in Austin, TX.
HOC generates, manages and participates in projects that accelerate the creation of economic and ecologic sustainability in three focus areas:

HOC actively seeks financial support through government and foundation grants and private donations of assistance and money.
